Nursery time fun

Daniel and I have been working in the Nursery in our ward, we love it and it definately has its funny moments.  We don't have children to tell these kind of experiences with so we'll gossip about other peoples children.

Our lesson today was Jesus loves everyone.   We gathered the children after snack to join us on the carpet squares and Daniel is asking them why does Jesus love you guys?  This little girl says because he gave us Santa.   I guess we know Christmas is on her mind.   I'm talking with the kids about theres snack and they were talking about gold fish crackers, same little girl from before taps me on the shoulder and says we don't have those at our house, and I was like oh thats to bad what do you like to have and she said I love taco bell.  Later on in class she said I love rice,  oh and taco bell.   Oh my goodness I laugh everytime I think of it, but you know what, who doesn't love taco bell

I'm back, or shall I say we're back

The title says it all, but If you're just now starting to stalk this blog its now a family blog.   I changed the name and blog address so it fits my lifestyle now as a married women.  We are the Hepworths and this blog will be so you can see what me and the hubs are up to.   I hope to be better at blogging because I think its a great way to keep a journal and let others see what is going on.  I'm not even gonna start to recap all the months I've skipped just because thats a lot of work, but I'll let you know what we've been up to lately.

Thanksgiving-

We are so blessed to live close to family and have both our parents live a block (probably less) from eachother that we went to both.  We had our first meal at the Hepworths at noon.   Its fun seeing the differences in families and how they celebrate.   We had the opportunity to be present while Daniel's sister Sarah opened her mission call.  She will be serving in the Philipines.   We're so excited for her and know with out a doubt that she will be a great missionary.  Carlile side dinner was at 3 ish so we got there and had our second meal.   After dinner we all sat around talking and watching Tanner be silly.   We had such a great Thanksgiving filled with family, fun, and lots of food.   I'm so grateful for all of my blessings, there are way to many to count.

Of course no pictures because my camera stayed in my purse the whole day hahah

Before Christmas Happenings-

We were able to buy a Christmas tree this year with the help of wedding gift cards and add coupons from bed bath and beyond.   It is such a cute tree, just the right size, and will definately last us a few years.   If you know me at all you know I love to decorate so the first day I had off it was decoration shopping I went.  Of course we're newlyweds and don't have loads of money so I went cheap but I also know what is cute for cheap.   Our Christmas tree is decorated in the colors of gold, silver, and red.  I tried to incorporate the rest of the living room in those colors too.  Because my blog started out displaying the things I made I hope to still do that.  So here is Jules Made it tip or decoration idea ( actually stole it from Chilis)  Wrap a few of your frames with wrapping paper and make them look like a gift.  Its cheap and easy and looks pretty darn cute.

Married life/ I'm kind of crazy-

Married life is just great, I'm amazed at how much more I fall in love with that cute Husband of mine.  It truely grows over time, I was just telling him the other day that I loved him more that day then even the day we were married.  I don't know if that sounds terrible or just sad but I think its just when ya get to spend more time with someone you just see more to them and theres more to love.
He definately has a lot to put up with from me, first off I hav e lots of stuff that is everywhere in our spare bedroom and my clothes never stay on hangers and I take forever picking out my outfit on Sundays.  Seriously this may just be me or every girls problem, this morning I finally told him to pick out my outfit.  The I'm kind of crazy part takes place in the kitchen.   I have to make my table setting look nice every night for dinner.  May sound crazy but it makes me happy to have everything match and for the napkins to be folded in a pretty different way. If it doesn't get any crazier I take a picture, thats right my masterpieces have proof.

Maybe a little OCD with things being straight too haha

So there ya have it a little update, hopefully one very soon.   We're happy, healthy and livin the life.

The juicy details....

So as I put in the previous post I'm getting married and here is a little background on me and my man.
His name is Daniel Hepworth
He's my age, and lives like 2 minutes away from me in the same home stake.
I first met Daniel in high school when we had government, thank goodness for government being a required class as a senior right ;)  haha
Daniel will say that he wasn't popular in high school but believe me everyone knew who he was and everyone respected him.  He's such a great kid.   I knew who he was before I had a class with him but I definately got to know him better when he sat behind me for a semester.  I asked Danny to dance with me for a couples dance for my graduation performance.   Heres our first official picture hahah, don't mind the crazy hair of mine.
Well we graduated and never dated ever, we were in a couple of the same school dance groups which is kind of cool that we have the same pictures.
Daniel went on a LDS mission to Brazil, speaks portuguese ladies hahah
He came home and started attending my singles ward and asked me out, we did a cute little service project where we made flowers for some elderly people in his ward.  I had a blast with him and loved the conversations we had that night, and to end the night with jamba juice you can't complain.

Heres when theres a break in the story, Daniel tried asking me out times after and i always found a reason not to go ( I was a little stinker and didn't know what I was missing)  boy was I wrong.
This time turned out actually really great for us, we became really great friends instead and got to know eachother on a very personal level and I was able to talk to him as a best friend which I absolutely loved.
Then of course when your talking to someone everyday and see them at church (flirt at church )  haha you fall for the person.   Daniel asked me out again and I said yes this time, we went down to Provo to meet  a missionary companion of his.   After that night we discussed dating and decided we would  both think about it the next week and come to an anwser.   I had dinner with his Family not long after and pretty much fell in love with them.   I was welcomed in to there home and treated with respect, something that I needed to make the decision to date him.  We started dating in March and were engaged on June 6th.

He proposed at the Draper Temple around sunset so it was a great view.   We will be getting married Thurs Sept 13th.
As promised here is a preview of some of our engagements

wow I haven't updated in a very long time, sorry my 2 readers.   Well the main reason I don't update is because I didn't really have much going on in my life, but now I kind of do.   I'm getting married!!!  I'll go more into detail when I have more time, and add some very cute photos.
